Tony and his team did a great job with replacing our roof! He gave a fair quote and the overall process was smooth. He provided great communication throughout the process. While the team was replacing the roof, he also called out things that I should think about replacing like skylights and the plywood under the overhang. Appreciated that he was thorough, and I actually took the advice and am really pleased with the results. The cleanup was pretty good too, I didn’t see nails lying around after the roof was replaced. Would definitely recommend!

The crew did a great job repairing our siding and painting the entire exterior. They started on time and finished on time. We talked everyday about the work and schedule and the foreman brought solutions to a couple of issues discovered during the repairs. We are very happy with the new look of our home.

Tony and his crew did a great job on our house. Our old 56 year old ceder siding was in bad shape due to the sun and weather since 1968 and looked terrible no matter what we did. Also, it was a woodpecker target because of soft old wood. It was time. I found Tony after looking at a few siding contractors and felt good with Tony. We went with James Hardie Siding. Once they got into it, we realized there was no plywood under the old ceder siding. Also, the old insulation was incredibly thin, like not having any at all. So, new insulation and plywood was added. Tony had to jump through some hoops with the city for the permit, but he made it work. Originally, we were thinking 3 weeks, but with all the extra stuff, it took 5 weeks. Well, it's done now and beautiful! I'm very happy.

We had the vinyl siding replaced on our whole house with a combination of fiber cement siding and rockery , and all the windows were replaced. Communication was good. Quality of work was good. The price was in line with other estimates we got and the final price was right at the estimated price. The project was originally estimated to take 5-6 weeks, but actually took 10 weeks. There were problems with the window supplier failing to actually order all the windows, weather caused painting delays and there were lulls between subcontractors. They cleaned up well afterwards. We would recommend using them for this type of project.
